Eight homes. One wetland. A short walk to Main Street. Eagles Marsh is a small, deliberately finite enclave just east of downtown Elk River, built for people who want the wetland out the back window and the coffee shop out the front door.
The marsh is the reason this address works. Protected wetland doesn’t get built on, which means the view is permanent in a way that a view across a vacant field never is. Elk River is genuine eagle country — the restored prairie at nearby Bailey Point Nature Preserve is known for active eagle nests, and visitors regularly report both adults and juveniles — and residents can expect herons, waterfowl, and the seasonal turnover that comes with living at the edge of open water.
